1 lb. Strawberries
2 cups of Light rum
1 cup melted white chocolate
Wash strawberries and pat dry
Place in an airtight jar and pour in rum. Make sure all strawberries are submerged.
Let soak for 24 hours
Once the strawberries are done marinating, gently pat them dry.
Melt your chocolate and dip each strawberry leaving a visible amount of red exposed. Then dip bottom of the chocolate covered part into your blue sugar sprinkles, again, leaving a visible amount of the white exposed.
Set aside for chocolate to harden (I usually use parchment paper), and serve!
