Slow cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip - 4 Cheese

So I got a Crockpot and I cannot understand how I ever lived without one. Here is one of my newest meals--


  • 1-10oz. Box frozen spinach (thawed)

  • 2 15oz. Cans Artichoke Hearts

  • 1-5.2 oz. Package Garlic Herb Boursin

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 8oz. 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese

  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to taste


  1. Place all ingredients into crockpot/ slow cooker on High for 45 minutes.

  2. Mix together once melted

  3. Continue to cook on Low for another 30-45 minutes

  4. Enjoy!
