America has fallen in love with Chip and Joanna Gaines since their debut HGTV show, Fixer Upper. Jo's talents don't end at her fantastic decorating skills. Her first cookbook, "Magnolia Table" is filled with endless and delicious recipes fit for the whole family.

Her "Last Minute Party Dip" is as easy as it sounds. This is one of my personal favorites whenever I have guests over, or even just a snack by myself!

Don't believe me? Try this dip and try and prove me wrong-- I dare you.

Joanna Gaines’ Last Minute Party Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2- 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1 cup drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 7.5 oz jar marinated and quartered artichokes, drained and chopped

  • 1 cup minced green onions

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper, or less "to taste"

  • Serve with chips, crackers, veggies, or anything you like!

Directions:

If you like easy yet delicious recipes, this one is for you.

  • There is one step: mix all of the ingredients together.

Joanna tells us to use a mixer, which I would highly recommend. I’ve attempted blending the ingredients by hand and it doesn’t turn out as mixed as I’d like.

Another added bonus—LEFTOVERS (if there are any). The extra dip can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days so you can keep the party going even after your guests leave.
